A decent stay
friendly staff quiet street great location small room parking unavailability water bottles
The breakfast was LOVELY. There was a GREAT choice of food. The staff was so friendly, polite and helpful. The location was great, I found it to be in a quiet street.
I was told extra water bottles would be put in the room only on the first night of my stay. The room was small for a four star hotel. When I arrived, there was no parking available. I had to go to a public one.

Mediocre stay due to noise and service issues
street noise unhelpful staff
The hotel's central location was acceptable for getting around.
The noise at night was unbearable. I could hear everything happening on the street below, including garbage trucks and motorcycles. the staff seemed uninterested in helping. No one greeted me, and I seemed like an inconvenience.

rooftop pool spacious parking bathroom extras
The rooftop pool became my daily Retreat after exploring the city. i found the parking spacious and easy to navigate, quite rare for a downtown location. the hotel provided many extras in the bathroom. These touches are always welcome.
The kettle could have been cleaner. It had some limescale buildup.

central location helpful staff
the location was ideal as it was close to many shops and restaurants the staff were friendly and helpful at all times i also appreciated the option to cool off in the pool after a day exploring. the breakfast offered good choices to start the day.

street noise inadequate soundproofing
The location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.
The room was quite noisy at night (I suspect inadequate soundproofing) because of street noise. Breakfast was adequate, though the layout felt cramped during peak hours.
